Inspirational Machine Embroidery

If you are into Machine Embroidery, you are going to love this blog post!  The other day I received a wonderful surprise in my inbox.  The fabulous Marsha Creter had sent me an email of an amazing quilt that she had made.

Marsha had made this quilt for her daughter to hang in her office.  Marsha’s daughter is a school counselor and it would give the students some motivation and inspiration.

Each panel in the quilt is machine embroidered from patterns made from my designs.  For the surrounding blue borders Marsha used the Small Tossed Flowers with Blue Background for the Carnivale collection that I designed and produced by QT Fabrics.

Thank you for the kind words, Debi. I had so much fun working on the quilt. I love inspirational quotes and the fabric is bright and cheerful. It was a challenge picking out the embroidery thread to do justice to your beautiful artwork. I would love to see you digitize more of your artwork for machine embroidery. Thanks so much!
